Dr. Dieker was a dynamic presenter who challenged us, shared incredibly practical strategies, and moved the audience with powerful personal experiences.

  • Recognize an outstanding student with exceptional needs in your community!
  • Students can be nominated in one of nine different areas
  • All students will be recognized with a Certificate of Recognition and invited to the SKCEC awards ceremony on Sunday, June 12, 2011
  • Travel costs covered for immediate family to attend!
  • Up to 18 award recipients will be recognized (two in each category)

The 2010-11 Yes I Can! Awards will be celebrated on June 12, 2011. 

The Yes I Can! Awards were established to honour children and youth with disabilities who have excelled. Internationally, thousands of children and youth have been recognized since the program’s inception in 1982. SKCEC will recognize students from various communities in Saskatchewan for their outstanding achievements in one of nine categories:
